Śniegi topnieją...bardzo powoli, niestety! To się narobiło! :)) Śnieg w październiku! Przyznam szczerze, że tak obfitych opadów o tej porze roku nie pamiętam! Dlatego zamiast jesiennego posta dzisiaj typowo zimowy, ciepły set!
Wszystkim zmarzlakom takim jak ja na wieczór proponuję pyszne, grzane wino, to moja metoda by przetrwać :) A jakie Wy macie sposoby na takie chłodne wieczory? :)

A na koniec mała kulinarna ciekawostka :) Słyszałyście kiedyś o Batatach? Słodkich, amerykańskich ziemniakach? Kupiłam je z ciekawości i dzisiaj podałam jako dodatek do obiadu, są pyszne! Mają smak zbliżony trochę do dyni, trochę do marchewki. Przepis na ich przygotowanie znalazłam w internecie, jest banalny i naprawdę smakowity :)) Oto on:

Składniki:

• 1 kg batatów (patatów, słodkich ziemniaków)
• sól morska
• świeżo zmielony czarny pieprz
• 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
• gałązki świeżego tymianku (opcjonalnie)

Przygotowanie:

• Piekarnik nagrzać do 200 stopni. Bataty umyć, osuszyć i pokroić na kawałki. Oprószyć solą, pieprzem i wysmarować oliwą z oliwek. Blachę do pieczenia wyłożyć folią aluminiową i ułożyć ziemniaki. 
• Piec do miękkości przez około 30 - 40 minut (sprawdzić widelcem). Pod koniec pieczenia na ziemniakach ułożyć gałązki tymianku, aby się lekko podsuszyły i nadały aromatu.

I moje Bataty, tutaj przed pieczeniem:

 A tu już po, niestety głodomorki już zdążyły się do nich dorwać i do zdjęcia zostało tylko tyle :) :

Elegancja...zazwyczaj się z nią mijam :) Nie mam czasu na prasowanie kołnierzyków w koszulach czy kantów przy spodniach, szpilki mnie denerwują, sukienki i spódnice toleruję tylko w wakacje :)

Najlepiej czuję się w luźnych dżinsach, za dużych swetrach i wygodnych butach...niestety dla mnie, są takie okazje które wymagają "wystrojenia się"..tak też było w ostatnią niedzielę, kiedy miała Chrzciny moja cudna siostrzenica :)  Ponieważ byłam kontuzjowana (dla nie zorientowanych polecam poprzedni post), mój misterny plan bardzo eleganckiego ubioru, przygotowywanego kilka tygodni wstecz legł w gruzach i musiałam na szybko kombinować inny..z pomocą przyszedł mi niedawno kupiony żakieto-sweterek i wiszące w szafie cygaretki, jeszcze z metką, kupione latem pod wpływem chwilowego impulsu, które naprawdę uratowały mi życie :) Ponieważ o obcasach nie było mowy założyłam lordsy i tak powstał zestaw w nieco paryskim stylu, kobiety-dandysa :)
